leadership

Keith has 46 years of pastoral experience.  He has served seven churches as their senior (lead) pastor, ranging in size from 50 to 700.  He has worked with multiple staff situations in all but one of those assignments, and is aware of the unique challenges and opportunities involved with a church staff.  In addition to his pastoral duties, Keith has been involved in training ministerial students, having served on the District Board of Ministerial Development in three different districts of The Wesleyan Church.  He has facilitated online leadership classes for Indiana Wesleyan University and has traveled to Bangladesh and Northeast India to help train pastors and lay leaders for ministry.

Informal pastor conversations

As a result of his 46 years as a pastor and his master's degree in ministerial leadership, Keith has a realistic perspective on pastoral pressures and challenges. Though he does not have formal training as a counselor or church consultant,  he does make  himself available for one on one conversations with pastors who may need to bounce ideas, problems, strategies, or other matters off of a neutral party.  Keith also understands the need many pastors have for spiritual and mental renewal from time to time;  and is available to assist pastors in that process as well.  Feel free to reach out: 765-274-2119 or khinton@dare2hope.life
